Firstly, please feel free to shoot us an email at contact@thekaga.com letting us know you wish to have your order(s) returned/refunded.
 
RETURN/REFUND CONDITIONS & POLICIES:
 A full refund or credit note will be offered if you are not satisfied with your order(s) regardless of incorrect sizing or simply just a change of mind within 30 days of receiving your good(s).

Damaged or faulty good(s) may be returned for a full refund, credit note or exchange.
We advise all customers to inspect garments thoroughly upon delivery. 

 In order to receive a full refund, good(s) must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with thekaga tags and labels attached. Any good(s) not in this condition will not be accepted.
The returning good(s) should be in their original packaging to avoid damage during the transiting process.

The good(s) that you wish to be returned/refunded can be shipped back to the address where it's originally came from at your expense.

All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us.

A full refund or credit note can then be issued once your return order(s) has been processed (please allow 3-5 business days).
  
Please note that all items on sale are not refundable. Return shipping fees and any duties and taxes paid are also not refundable.
